What is an internet cashback site?
Internet cashback sites earn commission for referring their customers to shop on particular websites and shares the commission they gain with their members. For example, instead of earning 10% commission for you buying a product through their website, the cashback site shares the commission so they may give you 8% and take 2% for themselves.
The idea behind it is that by doing this they are actually earning more than if they kept all the commission themselves. By incentivising shopping through their site, these companies hope that you will do all of yours through theirs.
What’s the catch ?
Some companies don’t offer commission to internet cashback sites but usually you can earn cashback for a lot of your online purchases, including popular sites such as Play, Boden, Boots and John Lewis.
Occasionally a click through may not be recorded, but it’s worth taking the risk to get such great discounts from your online shopping!
